Warren Lamb, PhD, ThM, CABC
Pastor Lamb has been involved in pastoral ministry for over thirty years. He is a “recovered psychologist,” having been trained in clinical psychology at the University of Washington before coming to Christ at the age of thirty-one.
Since that time, he has gained extensive experience in Christian ministry, including teaching, conference speaking, Biblical counseling, and training Biblical counselors. Trauma and Abuse are significant areas of his counseling focus. His book, Behind the Veil: Exposing the Evil of Domestic Oppression and Providing Hope, provides help and guidance for the church in identifying and addressing this rising problem in the church.
He also developed the biblical counseling and discipleship curriculum Unbound: Growing Ever-freer in Christ. This material has helped thousands find a path to a fruitful and vibrant freedom in Christ that eluded them for many years.
Experienced in counseling a broad spectrum of troubles, he specializes with those who have suffered significant trauma from childhood abuse and neglect, domestic oppression and abuse, sex-trafficking, kidnapping, sole-survivors of catastrophes, traumatic loss survivors, first-responders, combat trauma survivors, and the like.
He also works extensively with the sexually broken, including those struggling with unwanted same-sex attraction. He provides specialized training for churches, including shepherding churches through the aftermath of a leader’s moral failure.

Dr. Mark E. Shaw
Mark E. Shaw, D.Min., CABC, IABC, ACBC, CADAC II, is an ordained minister who has been involved in counseling since the early 90’s. He served in residential care and medication assisted treatment centers (methadone) for the addicted, but Biblical Counseling became his passion in 2001 as he pursued ACBC certification and seminary training to replace his secular “mixture” mindset toward why and how people change. With the publication of 26 books and booklets of hope and help, most notably The Heart of Addiction: A Biblical Perspective, Relapse: Biblical Prevention Strategies, and his new release in The Transformation Series, Fentanyl, he has reached many thousands with “the hope of the Gospel for the heart of addiction.” He now serves as the Director of Counseling at Grace Fellowship Church, Florence, KY, and is the Founding President of The Addiction Connection, a network of biblically minded addiction ministry leaders who gather for training, resources, and encouragement as they reach the addicted with the hope of the gospel.
